Pocket Flap making without marking with video:

Generally most of the garments industry used to do mark by marking helper & sew or make pocket flap, collar, cuff etc. We can optimize  or reduce the helping job of doing mark before making flap, cuff & collar by using two phase pattern. It will reduce smv as well as Cost of making. First need to make pattern as per approved pattern board & make it 2 phase for smooth handling. Then place the upper n lower fused flap panel. After that place the pattern on the arranged flap panel.

After that the operator start sewing the flap as by following pattern edge smoothly. Finally remove pattern & trim thread. By following this way you can remove or optimize marking helper. Now a days many industry uses this technique to make flap, cuff collar etc.

A onesie is a one-piece item of clothing, usually made of soft material
like fleece or jersey cotton, which covers body with arms, legs, torso.
It also called overall or romper based on styling & outlook. Sometimes
it looks like sleep suit. Welt pocket is an inside pocket with bone covered
in the mouth. Here given all operation list sequence wise of onesie
manufacturing. Total SMV is 19.61,  total 72 manpower required for
production.This Operation Breakdown is done by ERP software which
is used to prepare operation bulletin & m/c layout & others departmental
jobs as well.  There is a data bank, style SMV analysis, machine layout
& operation balancing. This ERP database can be linked with other
software & web for different uses. Detailed operation bulletin is as below:
